Enhanced Day Privacy Notice

Enhanced Day is designed as privacy-first monitoring. It does not use cameras, microphones, wearables or GPS tracking.

1. Who controls your data

Enhanced Day Limited is responsible for the personal information submitted through the trial application and used to provide the Enhanced Day service.

Enhanced Day may rely on contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligation depending on the activity. For household monitoring data, Enhanced Day records explicit service consent at signup and keeps a timestamped consent record.

5. Who we share information with

Information may be shared with trusted service providers where needed to provide the service, such as hosting providers, Stripe for secure card/subscription handling, installation engineers, and authorised customer/family/care contacts. Enhanced Day does not sell personal data.

6. How long we keep information

Enhanced Day keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage orders, handle legal/accounting records, resolve disputes, and demonstrate consent. Monitoring data may be retained for service history, trend analysis and support unless deletion is requested and no lawful reason requires retention.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, restrict, object to or delete personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for monitoring, although this may mean Enhanced Day can no longer provide the service.
