Enhanced Day Household Monitoring Consent

Enhanced Day uses household activity and energy-use patterns to provide routine insight and reassurance.

1. What the customer consents to

The customer consents to Enhanced Day processing household activity and behavioural monitoring data for the purpose of providing the Enhanced Day service.

2. What the monitoring is used for

Learning normal household routines.
Identifying significant changes in activity patterns.
Providing dashboard insight and alerts.
Supporting optional human review of significant changes.
Helping family, carers or authorised organisations understand whether a check-in may be useful.

3. What the monitoring is not

Enhanced Day is not a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency alarm, fall detector, CCTV system, or replacement for professional care, emergency services or medical advice.

4. Withdrawing consent

Monitoring consent can be withdrawn by contacting Enhanced Day. If monitoring consent is withdrawn, Enhanced Day may not be able to continue providing the service.

5. Consent record

Enhanced Day records the consent decision with the order, including the date/time accepted, IP address, browser user agent and document version.

Equipment ownership and return

Enhanced Day monitoring equipment, including any monitoring equipment, sensors, gateway or accessories, remains the property of Enhanced Day unless agreed otherwise in writing.

If the service is cancelled, the equipment must be returned or made available for removal. If equipment is not returned within 14 days, or is returned damaged beyond fair wear and tear, a reasonable replacement charge may apply.
